General Info

• Open to boys and girls age 10 and up (must be comfortable in deep water)

• Offer beginner lessons through competitive team on 1m and 3m boards

• AAU & USA Diving competition is available with competitions against other regional and national competitors

• High school & middle school programs representing all local schools

Required Information

• Must be a member of AAU Diving or USA Diving

• This covers insurance and allows competition against other local and regional competitors​

• AAU Diving - valid 9/01/21 - 8/31/22

  • $18 Athlete with benefits registration​

• USA Diving​ - Please see Coach Tim prior to registering with USA Diving​

• Must complete and return information form ​& waiver (signed and dated by parent)

Indoor/Outdoor Practices

Practices during indoor dive season (Fall to Spring) take place at various sites in the Nashville area.  Outdoor practices during the summer dive season take place at Brentwood Swim and Tennis Club.  Please see our schedule for more information of practice times and locations.
